This project proposes a self-sufficient utopian neighbourhood being able to feed and accommodate its ten thousand inhabitants. To do this, the idea is to implement 216-meter high towers to free the ground for agriculture purposes. The towers contain housing as well as the surfaces required to meet 100% of vegetable and agriculture needs. These spiral towers welcome 70% of arable crops necessary for the inhabitants of the district. The ground will become a space dedicated to fish farming covering 50% of the needs.
