{"id":2905,"date":"2021-01-21T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-01-21T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/campus.hesge.ch\/blog-master-is\/?p=2905"},"modified":"2021-01-20T20:56:20","modified_gmt":"2021-01-20T20:56:20","slug":"elementor-2905","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/campus.hesge.ch\/blog-master-is\/elementor-2905\/","title":{"rendered":"Biblioth\u00e8ques ferm\u00e9es et usagers confin\u00e9s : de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de valoriser les ressources num\u00e9riques !"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"2905\" class=\"elementor elementor-2905\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-0c2deee elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"0c2deee\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-1c2d867\" data-id=\"1c2d867\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-99ca85a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"99ca85a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Ressources num\u00e9riques : un service pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 par les usagers<\/h2><p>Dans le contexte de crise sanitaire du COVID-19, les biblioth\u00e8ques ont d\u00fb s\u2019adapter et valoriser leurs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enssib.fr\/services-et-ressources\/questions-reponses\/definition-du-terme-ressources-electroniques\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ressources num\u00e9riques<\/a> (livres num\u00e9riques, autoformation, musique, VOD, jeux vid\u00e9o, presse, etc.) \u00a0afin de maintenir un lien avec les usagers.<\/p><p>Selon Madame Charlotte Benzi, responsable d\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ebibliomedia.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">e-bibliomedia<\/a>, la plateforme a consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9 son nombre de pr\u00eats, d\u2019acc\u00e8s par usagers et d\u2019inscriptions durant le semi-confinement du printemps dernier (ATS 2020). En France, l\u2019enqu\u00eate du minist\u00e8re de la culture, effectu\u00e9e entre le 25 et 26 mars 2020 sur \u00ab l\u2019impact de la crise sanitaire Covid-19 sur les ressources num\u00e9riques des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.culture.gouv.fr\/Sites-thematiques\/Livre-et-lecture\/Bibliotheques\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">biblioth\u00e8ques de collectivit\u00e9s territoriales\u00a0<\/a>\u00bb (Minist\u00e8re de la Culture, 2020) a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une hausse importante d\u2019usages des ressources num\u00e9riques. Parmi les biblioth\u00e8ques interrog\u00e9es, 69 % d\u2019entre elles ont constat\u00e9 une augmentation de l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019ensemble ou une partie des ressources num\u00e9riques mis \u00e0 disposition.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-8b7ac8c elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"8b7ac8c\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-032422e\" data-id=\"032422e\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1dc0d27 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1dc0d27\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>UX design, architecture de l\u2019information, interface utilisateur : des r\u00e9ponses aux d\u00e9fis de la valorisation des ressources num\u00e9riques ?<\/h2><div><p>Cet engouement pour les ressources d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9es accessibles \u00e0 distance a soulign\u00e9 une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9. Les biblioth\u00e8ques doivent signaler et valoriser leur offre num\u00e9rique, que ce soit par la m\u00e9diation ou la conception de plateformes de consultation centr\u00e9es sur l\u2019utilisateur. Le but \u00e9tant de cr\u00e9er des interfaces web attrayantes, ergonomiques et accessibles sur diff\u00e9rents supports : ordinateur, tablette et smartphone. En effet, il ne s\u2019agit pas seulement de mettre \u00e0 disposition des collections, mais aussi de susciter l\u2019engagement des utilisateurs pour ces collections.<\/p><p>Pour ce faire, il existe non seulement des solutions de logiciels sp\u00e9cifiques, mais \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 de s\u2019approprier des outils et des approches m\u00e9thodologiques telle que la d\u00e9marche UX. Ce processus d\u00e9signe un ensemble de m\u00e9thodes de design d\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur, employ\u00e9es lors de la conception de produit et service dans un environnement num\u00e9rique ou physique. Depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, l\u2019UX pour <em>User Exp\u00e9rience<\/em> en anglais ou <em>exp\u00e9rience utilisateur<\/em> en fran\u00e7ais, s\u2019est impos\u00e9 comme un concept important de la conception de projet web. Parmi les \u00ab disciplines \u00bb de l\u2019UX, on retrouve l\u2019architecture de l\u2019information. Cette fonction d\u00e9crit la conception structurelle d\u2019un site web. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/campus.hesge.ch\/blog-master-is\/seminaires-des-etudiants-volee-2020-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">s\u00e9minaire<\/a> \u00ab\u00a0Architecture de l\u2019information\u00a0\u00bb anim\u00e9 par quatre de mes camarades du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hesge.ch\/heg\/formation-base\/masters-science\/master-en-sciences-linformation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Master en Sciences de l\u2019 Information <\/a>a permis de d\u00e9couvrir les p\u00e9rim\u00e8tres d&#8217;action de l&#8217;architecte de l&#8217;information. Toutefois, quel est le niveau de maturit\u00e9 UX des biblioth\u00e8ques vaudoises\u00a0?<\/p><p>Comme le d\u00e9montre le <a href=\"https:\/\/campus.hesge.ch\/blog-master-is\/les-methodes-de-design-dans-les-bibliotheques-romandes-mythe-ou-realite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">m\u00e9moire de recherche<\/a> de Bouazzaoui et Sokolova (2020, p. 45), en Suisse romande \u00ab les m\u00e9thodes de design sont utilis\u00e9es par tous types de biblioth\u00e8ques \u00bb. Toutefois, elles semblent davantage \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es dans l\u2019objectif de d\u00e9velopper ou optimiser des solutions dans un environnement physique. Par exemple dans des d\u00e9marches de co-cr\u00e9ation avec les usagers pour l&#8217;am\u00e9nagement d&#8217;espace. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, il manque cruellement des statistiques sur l\u2019utilisation de la m\u00e9thodologie UX dans le cadre du processus de conception d\u2019interfaces de biblioth\u00e8ques en Suisse.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f0b5d1e elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"f0b5d1e\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-884f485\" data-id=\"884f485\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fa433bb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fa433bb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Pour aller plus loin<\/h2><div>Cette <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enssib.fr\/bibliotheque-numerique\/visionner\/68076-la-place-de-l-experience-utilisateur-user-experience-ux-dans-l-elaboration-evolution-des-contenus-et-des-interfaces\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vid\u00e9o<\/a> h\u00e9berg\u00e9e par le site de\u00a0l\u2019ENSIBB<a href=\"#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> relate la \u00ab place de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration &#8211; \u00e9volution des contenus et des interfaces \u00bb (ENSIBB, 2020). <a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/@cec.rousselle\/audit-dergonomie-de409ee06dfd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ici<\/a>, une sp\u00e9cialiste de l\u2019UX design a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un audit d\u2019ergonomie du site internet des biblioth\u00e8ques de la Ville de Marseille. Verdict : l\u2019ergonomie du site est \u00e0 revoir. Le projet \u00ab Empreinte \u00bb, est quant \u00e0 lui un exemple r\u00e9ussi de la conception d\u2019une biblioth\u00e8que num\u00e9rique \u00e0 l\u2019aide de la m\u00e9thodologie UX (DUJOL 2020).
