Cela englobe :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Collecter les informations existantes<\/strong>, qu\u2019elles soient explicites (documents, bases de donn\u00e9es) ou cach\u00e9es (expertise des employ\u00e9s).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Organiser ces connaissances<\/strong> en utilisant des outils ou des plateformes de collaboration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Partager et appliquer ces connaissances<\/strong> afin de favoriser l\u2019innovation et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les proc\u00e9dures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un exemple simple :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une entreprise, une \u00e9quipe de vente met en place une strat\u00e9gie tr\u00e8s efficace pour r\u00e9pondre aux objections des clients.
