A cette occasion, le sujet du Knowledge Management a \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9 et pour imager le contenu, un parall\u00e8le avec le domaine de la cuisine a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait. Pour r\u00e9sumer et vulgariser une partie du contenu de cette pr\u00e9sentation, cette relation culinaire va \u00eatre approfondie dans cet article. Ce terme anglophone peut \u00eatre traduit en fran\u00e7ais par gestion des savoirs. L\u2019apparition de cette notion remonte aux ann\u00e9es 1990. Celle-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e dans le livre d\u2019Ikujiro Nonaka qui est devenu une v\u00e9ritable r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans le domaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L&#8217;ingr\u00e9dient de base : la pyramide DIKW<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la communication, il existe diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de traitement des donn\u00e9es, et celles-ci s\u2019appuient sur la pyramide DIKW. L\u2019origine de concept se trouverait dans ces deux vers du po\u00e8me&nbsp;<em>Chorus<\/em>&nbsp;de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/T._S._Eliot\">T. S. Eliot<\/a> (1934,&nbsp;<em>The Rock<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p><em>Where is the wisdom we have lost in knowledge?<\/em><br><em>Where is the knowledge we have lost in information?<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Toujours dans une perspective culinaire, il est possible de mettre en lien les niveaux de la pyramide avec les diff\u00e9rents aspects de la pr\u00e9paration du cake d\u2019amour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Data\/Donn\u00e9e&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brute (signes\/symboles), sans contexte -&gt; Dans le cas de la recette, il s\u2019agirait des ingr\u00e9dients bruts comme la farine, les \u0153ufs, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Information\/Information&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mise en relation, doit \u00eatre utile et r\u00e9pondre aux questions interrogatives (qui, quoi, o\u00f9, etc) &#8211; &gt; Dans la recette, le nombre d\u2019\u0153ufs et le fait qu\u2019ils doivent \u00eatre frais (\u00ab&nbsp;du matin&nbsp;\u00bb).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Knowledge\/Connaissance&nbsp;:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Connaissance, synth\u00e8se des informations, celles-ci ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9es, structur\u00e9es ou organis\u00e9es -&gt; C\u2019est les instructions de la recette en elle-m\u00eame, dans le cas ici c\u2019est non seulement le livre mais aussi la chanson qui donnent les instructions pr\u00e9cises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wisdom\/Sagesse&nbsp;:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Usage des connaissances pour le \u00ab&nbsp;bien&nbsp;\u00bb, par la pratique et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience -&gt; Dans le cas de la recette du cake d\u2019amour, il s\u2019agirait de l\u2019ajout de l\u2019ingr\u00e9dient secret par la Princesse, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire du pr\u00e9sent, ici une bague, et du souhait d\u2019amour qui ferait que cette recette est exceptionnelle et d\u00e9passe la simple recette du cake inscrite dans le livre de recette.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"798\" src=\"https:\/\/campus.hesge.ch\/blog-master-is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/DIKW_Pyramid.svg_-1024x798.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5274\" style=\"width:302px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/campus.hesge.ch\/blog-master-is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/DIKW_Pyramid.svg_-1024x798.png 1024w, https:\/\/campus.hesge.ch\/blog-master-is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/DIKW_Pyramid.svg_-300x234.png 300w, https:\/\/campus.hesge.ch\/blog-master-is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/DIKW_Pyramid.svg_-768x598.png 768w, https:\/\/campus.hesge.ch\/blog-master-is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/DIKW_Pyramid.svg_.png 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Source : <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/DIKW_pyramid\">DIKW pyramid &#8211; Wikipedia<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Etablir la recette : le mod\u00e8le SEC<\/strong>I<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, pour pouvoir finaliser une telle recette, il y a tout un processus auparavant. Celui-ci prend la forme du mod\u00e8le SECI. D\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Ikujiro Nonaka and Mohammad Hossein Takeuchi en 1996, il est la continuit\u00e9 de la pyramide DIKW et concerne les relations entre les connaissances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le concept s&#8217;appuie sur le fait que les connaissances peuvent se s\u00e9parer en deux cat\u00e9gories. Les connaissances tacites, qui repr\u00e9sentent 80% de la masse, sont hautement personnelles et propre \u00e0 chaque individu. Celles-ci sont difficiles \u00e0 formaliser et communiquer puisque que profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9es dans l\u2019action et immat\u00e9rielles. Dans l&#8217;exemple culinaire, il pourrait s\u2019agir de techniques d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es \u00e0 force de faire la recette et pourrait prendre la forme de petits gestes am\u00e9liorant la pratique (par exemple : il faut que le beurre soit \u00e0 telle temp\u00e9rature pour que le cake soit meilleur).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les connaissances explicites, environ 20% de l&#8217;ensemble, ont un statut formel et syst\u00e9matique et sont d\u00e9pos\u00e9es sur un support mat\u00e9riel. Cela correspond aux \u00e9tapes de la recette et, comme le livre de recette le montre, elles sont facilement et durablement communicables par \u00e9crit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le SECI explique le passage entre les diff\u00e9rents types de connaissances d\u00e9crites ci-dessus. Celui-ci prend la forme d\u2019un cycle, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire avec un fonctionnement en continu. Cela fait que le processus est dynamique avec sans cesse la cr\u00e9ation de nouvelles connaissances. Cependant, il faut ensuite pouvoir assembler et utiliser ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments comme on peut faire diff\u00e9rentes recettes avec deux m\u00eames ingr\u00e9dients. Dans l\u2019usage d\u2019intelligence artificielle, en particulier de Chatbot, la connaissance th\u00e9orique de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont essentiels afin de pouvoir r\u00e9diger des prompts complets et efficaces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, c\u2019est comme assembler les ingr\u00e9dients de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res pour pouvoir proposer d\u2019autres recettes.
