Toujours plus d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e, elle prend diff\u00e9rentes formes et se base sur de multiples techniques. Cette discipline de l\u2019intelligence artificielle (IA) a pour principe d\u2019extraire des connaissances \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de bots qui entrainent d\u2019autres bots pour analyser de grands volumes de donn\u00e9es et y d\u00e9tecter des mod\u00e8les r\u00e9currents (<i>patterns<\/i>). La machine analyse des bases de donn\u00e9es, les trie et organise. En effet, comme \u00e9voqu\u00e9 dans la pr\u00e9sentation, le volume annuel de donn\u00e9es cr\u00e9\u00e9es dans le monde est pass\u00e9 de 2\u00a0\u00e0 175\u00a0zettaoctets en 15\u00a0ans, et <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.statista.com\/infographie\/17800\/big-data-evolution-volume-donnees-numeriques-genere-dans-le-monde\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cette explosion devrait se poursuivre<\/a>, avec 2\u00a0142\u00a0zettaoctets estim\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2035 <\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">(Gaudiaut 2021).<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt;color: var( --e-global-color-text );font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight )\">Le ML est applicable dans de multiples domaines, par exemple ceux o\u00f9 l\u2019on souhaite analyser des comportements et personnaliser une offre : marketing, finance, etc.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-3776b8c elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"3776b8c\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-9b96658\" data-id=\"9b96658\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b86e2e0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b86e2e0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Un assistant au service de la recherche m\u00e9dicale<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-0d8bc84 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"0d8bc84\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-7794f28\" data-id=\"7794f28\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0953fda elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0953fda\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt;font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight )\">Face \u00e0 cette place toujours plus grande accord\u00e9e aux IA, on pourrait se demander si nous ne perdons pas, peu \u00e0 peu, notre contact profond avec ce qui fait l&#8217;humain\u2026 si nous ne devenons pas des \u00ab\u00a0esclaves\u00a0\u00bb de la technologie, en somme. Cependant, pourquoi ne pas prendre la question \u00e0 l\u2019inverse\u00a0? On peut au contraire voir l\u2019IA comme une chance immense, si nous l\u2019utilisons pour ce qu\u2019elle est\u00a0: un assistant pour faire de grandes et belles choses au service de l&#8217;humanit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">On le voit chaque jour dans de multiples domaines, et notamment la recherche m\u00e9dicale, que les intervenants ont abord\u00e9e lors de ce s\u00e9minaire. Ils ont en effet \u00e9voqu\u00e9 les superbes avanc\u00e9es rendues possibles par le ML pour une application particuli\u00e8re\u00a0: l\u2019imagerie m\u00e9dicale dans la recherche contre le cancer. Dans ce cadre, il est fascinant de constater \u00e0 quel point l\u2019IA est un v\u00e9ritable outil clinique, qui fournit aux radiologues un \u00e9norme gain d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes\u00a0: d\u00e9tection du cancer, diagnostic du stade de la maladie, \u00e9valuation de son \u00e9volution.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-4325650 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"4325650\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-53a1839\" data-id=\"53a1839\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-451479a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"451479a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Un outil r\u00e9volutionn\u00e9 par le <i>machine learning <\/i>&nbsp;: les BCI<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-cc64a8b elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"cc64a8b\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-5125017\" data-id=\"5125017\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7ce3a78 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7ce3a78\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Au-del\u00e0 de cet exemple pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 lors du s\u00e9minaire, j\u2019ai moi aussi constat\u00e9, au fil de nouvelles entendues ces derniers mois, les nombreux progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans les applications m\u00e9dicales gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019IA et en particulier au ML. L\u2019un des plus spectaculaires, \u00e0 mon sens, est la r\u00e9volution qu\u2019il a provoqu\u00e9e dans le domaine des interfaces cerveau-machine (<i>brain computer interfaces<\/i>, BCI).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Cruciales pour les personnes atteintes de troubles moteurs, <a href=\"https:\/\/spectrum.ieee.org\/braincomputer-interface-smashes-previous-record-for-typing-speed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">les BCI sont des syst\u00e8mes qui permettent de communiquer directement avec d\u2019autres personnes<\/a> ou de contr\u00f4ler des machines gr\u00e2ce au cerveau, sans activit\u00e9 musculaire\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">(Mitchell 2024)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;line-height: 115%;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">. Si elles existent depuis les ann\u00e9es 1970, le ML a d\u00e9cupl\u00e9 leur potentiel en permettant d\u2019automatiser la lecture des signaux \u00e9lectriques du cerveau et leur interpr\u00e9tation ou traduction en commandes.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-91b5cec elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"91b5cec\"
