Effectivement, un nombre cons\u00e9quent de services d\u2019informations existe et j\u2019ai pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 me concentrer uniquement sur les biblioth\u00e8ques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mission d&#8217;une biblioth\u00e8que est de collecter, pr\u00e9server, enrichir et mettre \u00e0 disposition le patrimoine documentaire, facilitant ainsi l&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la culture, au savoir et \u00e0 l&#8217;information pour tous (<em>Les missions de la BnF<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous citons un grand nombre de biblioth\u00e8ques diversifi\u00e9es et leur mission varie en fonction de leur sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9. Ainsi, les biblioth\u00e8ques scolaires de Suisse Romande se concentreront davantage sur la d\u00e9couverte et l\u2019apprentissage de la lecture, le soutien \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation et la mise en pratiques du PER (Plan d\u2019\u00e9tudes Romand), tandis que les biblioth\u00e8ques universitaires acqui\u00e8rent la documentation n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude des disciplines enseign\u00e9es dans les universit\u00e9s o\u00f9 sont am\u00e9nag\u00e9es ces biblioth\u00e8ques (<em>Qui sommes-nous\u202f?<\/em>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les divers m\u00e9tiers du service d\u2019information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/campus.hesge.ch\/blog-master-is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/DALLE21.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5862\" style=\"width:569px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/campus.hesge.ch\/blog-master-is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/DALLE21.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/campus.hesge.ch\/blog-master-is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/DALLE21-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/campus.hesge.ch\/blog-master-is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/DALLE21-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/campus.hesge.ch\/blog-master-is\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/DALLE21-768x768.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">G\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 via ChatGPT le 26 d\u00e9cembre 2024<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques clich\u00e9s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Commen\u00e7ons avec ce petit extrait de film tir\u00e9 du film d&#8217;animation de 2013 de Dan Scanlon <em>Monstres Academy(<em>Monsters University<\/em>).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Library Task \ud83d\udcda | Monsters University | Disney Channel UK\" width=\"1140\" height=\"641\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qVqmJD2A3sY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vid\u00e9o met en \u00e9vidence plusieurs st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la biblioth\u00e9caire : une personne aust\u00e8re, portant des lunettes et imposant le silence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous remarquons qu\u2019un certain nombre de clich\u00e9s et de sujets de moqueries existent sur les m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019information, que ce soit le fait de lire toute la journ\u00e9e, le manque de travail et l\u2019ennui dans le cas o\u00f9 aucun usager ne vient dans les locaux du service d\u2019information, la tenue et l\u2019attitude du professionnel de l\u2019information, \u00eatre un homme (exp\u00e9rience personnelle), la formation n\u00e9cessaire, etc. (Josserand)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les m\u00e9tiers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un service d&#8217;information regroupe une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de m\u00e9tiers sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans la gestion, le traitement et la diffusion de l&#8217;information qui n\u00e9cessitent une ou plusieurs formations n\u00e9cessitant de nombreuses comp\u00e9tences professionnelles pour r\u00e9pondre aux efficacement aux besoins vari\u00e9s de ses usagers. Ces formations sont bas\u00e9es sur la pratique et la th\u00e9orie du m\u00e9tier. Voici quelques-uns de ces m\u00e9tiers :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Documentaliste, sp\u00e9cialiste en information documentaire, agent en information documentaire, biblioth\u00e9caire, \u00a0archiviste, veilleur strat\u00e9gique, architecte de l\u2019information ou records manager (Inaudi, Carnel 2017)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les services d\u2019information sont essentiels pour pr\u00e9server le patrimoine documentaire et garantir l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019information pour tous. Pourtant, les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes entourant ces m\u00e9tiers montrent qu\u2019il est important de mieux les valoriser et de reconna\u00eetre leur importance strat\u00e9gique dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 o\u00f9 la gestion et l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019information sont primordiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En conclusion, les services d\u2019information vont bien au-del\u00e0 de leur r\u00f4le pratique : ils refl\u00e8tent un engagement en faveur du savoir, de la diversit\u00e9 culturelle et de l\u2019inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bibliographie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>EBSI &#8211; Plan du cours SCI6006 &#8211; Gestion des services d\u2019information (Hiver 2024), [en&nbsp;ligne].
