Trop de lumi\u00e8re, trop de bruit, trop de monde. Partout. Tout le temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imaginez que vous venez d\u2019arriver dans une ville, inconnue, vous ne parlez pas la langue, d\u00e9pendez de l\u2019aide d\u2019assurances sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imaginez ne pas pouvoir entrer dans une biblioth\u00e8que, un mus\u00e9e, le service d\u2019information d\u2019une institution. Peu importe la raison, qu\u2019elle soit physique, psychologique ou sociale. Vous faites partie des publics emp\u00each\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Mais pourquoi cet exercice me demanderez-vous\u00a0? Car parmi les missions des biblioth\u00e8ques et autres services d\u2019information figurent l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 de leurs services \u00e0 toute personne et sans discrimination. Et dans la pratique, cette accessibilit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas r\u00e9ellement donn\u00e9e \u00e0 tout le monde. Biblioth\u00e8que dont les ascenseurs sont r\u00e9serv\u00e9s aux membres du personnel, mus\u00e9e dont les audioguides ne sont disponibles que dans une langue, bureau d\u2019information surcharg\u00e9, ne sont que quelques exemples de \u00ab\u00a0peut mieux faire\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des exemples \u00e0 suivre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe toutefois de nombreuses initiatives de diverses institutions pour inclure davantage les publics emp\u00each\u00e9s. \u00c0 l\u2019exemple du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.musee-ariana.ch\/\">mus\u00e9e de l\u2019Ariana<\/a> qui organise sur demande des visites pour les personnes malentendantes, des visites en fran\u00e7ais simplifi\u00e9 ou encore des visites d\u00e9tendues de ses collections. Des ateliers et des visites \u00e9taient organis\u00e9s pour mettre en avant l\u2019inclusivit\u00e9 et permettre \u00e0 chacun de d\u00e9couvrir le mus\u00e9e d\u2019une fa\u00e7on adapt\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/abage.ch\/association\/bibliotheque-braille-romande-et-livre-parle-bbr\/la-bbr-en-bref\/\">Biblioth\u00e8que de Braille Romande<\/a> propose, quant \u00e0 elle, des adaptations de tout type de document sous forme textuelle (braille, num\u00e9rique) ou audio. Elle propose \u00e9galement l\u2019envoi de documents \u00e0 domicile pour les personnes ne pouvant pas se d\u00e9placer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces am\u00e9nagements pour les publics emp\u00each\u00e9s peuvent toutefois demander du travail. L\u2019association Eyes for Movie a par exemple \u00e9t\u00e9 commissionn\u00e9 pour cr\u00e9er des vid\u00e9os \u00e0 destination des personnes malentendantes pour le mus\u00e9e de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sarthetourisme.com\/incontournables\/labbaye-royale-de-lepau\/\">l\u2019Abbaye de l\u2019Epau<\/a>. Des adaptations de signes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires afin de d\u00e9crire l\u2019histoire et le contexte du lieu. Ceux-ci permettent aux personnes malvoyantes d\u2019utiliser un ordinateur. Le logiciel JAWS retransmet, par exemple, le contenu de l\u2019\u00e9cran par synth\u00e8se vocale ou sur un afficheur de braille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les lecteurs DAISY permettent de naviguer facilement dans un enregistrement de livre ou document par chapitre, page ou paragraphe. Au niveau des collections, il est possible de proposer des livres bilingues, faciles \u00e0 lire, en gros caract\u00e8res ou encore des livres audios. Ceci permettant \u00e0 un public plus large de profiter d\u2019un choix de livre \u00e0 emprunter. Une biblioth\u00e8que pourrait \u00e9galement proposer des loupes de lecture en pr\u00eat afin de faciliter la lecture des personnes malvoyantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un design pens\u00e9 pour tous les publics est finalement n\u00e9cessaire tant au niveau architectural des services d\u2019information que de leur site internet. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur doit \u00eatre une priorit\u00e9. L\u2019utilisation de l\u2019intelligence artificielle, \u00e0 travers un chatbot par exemple, pourrait ainsi \u00eatre int\u00e9ressante, permettant aux personnes ayant des difficult\u00e9s sociales ou technologiques de facilement retrouver les informations qu\u2019elles souhaitent en langage naturel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les services d\u2019informations, en particulier culturels, peuvent \u00eatre un exemple d\u2019ouverture, d\u2019inclusion et d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9, o\u00f9 chacun se sentirait valoris\u00e9. Il suffit de r\u00eaver et de l\u2019imaginer.
