Maelle Gross, étudiante en option information fiction et Pauline Cazorla, diplômée de l’option information fiction en 2012 et actuellement étudiante en workmaster à la HEAD ont été sélectionnées avec quatre autres jeunes artistes suisse pour le Crédit Suisse Förderpreis Videokunst 2013. Leurs travaux seront exposés le 22 mars prochain lors de la nuit des musées à Berne au siège de crédit suisse, Bundesplatz 2.<\/p>\n

Pauline Cazorla – Don’t ever give up Emmanuel U, 2012, 11’27,  Video DV<\/strong><\/p>\n

„The first part of the video tells about my first encounter with Gerald U.; wandering through the conference car of an abandonned train. At more than twice the height of our own bodies, the human figure can be seen in its entirety as a single whole. At this distance, we can look at a man as if he were a shape cut out of cardboard, we see only its outlines and proportions as something having no connection with ourselves. (Maurice Grosser, The painter’s eye, 1955). The second part of the video transcribes the epistolary relationship that I had with Gerald U’s brother. Emmanuel U. is a misunderstanding, a story about politeness, a missed encounter.“<\/div>\n
