SOcial Events (international speakers only)

We are organising two social events:

• GALA DINNER (International speakers only)
  The Gala Dinner is scheduled for Friday evening. Almost all the speakers and accompanying persons confirmed will come to it. The Gala Dinner will start at about 19h30 and we will come at your hotel to pick you up. Since the conference will end at about 17h15, you will have some time to rest. Please note that we have organised the Gala Dinner at the Golf Club: you do not have to be dressed very formally, but more in a casual way.
  
  
• SOCIAL PROGRAMME FOR THE ACCOMPANYING PERSON
  On Friday, we have organised some activities for the accompanying persons. Starting at about 9h00 in the morning, a minibus will pick them up at the hotel and then go for a guided-tour of the international organisations and a guided walk through the beautiful Geneva old town. After the lunch until about 3 p.m. they will visit a Swiss famous jewellery. Then they will have time left to do some free shopping in Geneva downtown. Comfortable shoes will thus be useful.
